Elect Ken Lee

     Ken lives in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, with his proudest accomplishment being the father of his daughter Samantha, a sophomore at Cumberland Valley High School.

      Ken practices law in the area of complex commercial litigation involving banks, construction, insurance matters, municipal and government contracts, and surety law.  His experience includes the representation of corporations and individuals throughout Pennsylvania and the United States. 

    Ken has written and lectured extensively on the areas of law in which he practices.  Ken drafted the Contracts Section of the Pennsylvania Standard Jury Instructions (2003 Ed.) published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

     Ken has handled litigation in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Connecticut, Tennessee, New York, Illinois, California, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Ohio and West Virginia, and those states’ specialized courts such as the Pennsylvania Board of Claims and the West Virginia Court of Claims. 

      In addition, Ken has tried cases before the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation Service, “private” dispute panels, and is a mediator and arbitrator.

     Ken is a shareholder in the Harrisburg office of Tucker Arensburg, P.C., where he practices with Jim Morgan, Lee Swartz, Steve Greecher, Dennis Sheaffer, and Chris Fisher.

     Ken is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the Faculty Award for Legal Scholarship. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College and a Master of Arts degree from Villanova University. He is a graduate of The Mercersburg Academy.

     He has continually been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010, and named a 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
