Ken's Goals

     Ken is running because Cumberland County deserves a well qualified person to protect its citizens' legal rights.

     Ken is a capable lawyer who wants to serve as your Prothonotary.

     As an attorney in his third decade of practice, specializing in civil cases, he has practiced in numerous state and federal courts throughout PA and the US, and he knows what judges, lawyers, and most importantly, what the public needs in the administration of court functions.

     Ken knows what “politics as usual” has done to Cumberland County and the record is filled with those who have not competently performed in this Office of Prothonotary.

     Ken will seek to eliminate the Office of Prothonotary and all other row offices so your tax dollars can be utilized effectively in the 21^st Century through the creation of:

1. A department of court administration headed by a trained professional which is not subject to partisan politics and
2. A user friendly, online search, retrieval, and filing system accessible to all. 

     Further, Ken has advocated for a complete review and overhaul of county government which has not fallen upon deaf ears. "Ken's Being Heard"

     Ken is a true voice for government reform.
